Job Title: PDC Supervisor

Location: Jamesburg, NJ (100% Onsite)

Pay: $28/hr. - $32/hr.

Duration: Long-Term/Ongoing Temp

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced PDC Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our New Jersey Parts Distribution Center. This role is responsible for leading frontline warehouse staff, managing workflow, ensuring safety and productivity, and maintaining operational standards aligned with company KPIs. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment, and is committed to driving efficiency and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, mentor, and coach PDC personnel to ensure productive, safe, and high-quality operations.
• Develop training programs and conduct hands-on instruction for new hires and employees learning new skills.
• Perform daily audits, monthly performance discussions, and bi-annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Monitor daily volume and allocate resources to meet operational KPIs and service-level targets.
• Oversee inbound receiving and outbound shipping processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain strong communication with the PDC Manager and internal/external partners.
• Track and control departmental spending in alignment with budget guidelines.
• Supervise inventory functions such as cycle counts, inspections, discrepancy investigations, mixed stock issues, and dealer return resolutions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all material movements and documentation.
• Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, housekeeping, and compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate space utilization and recommend layout or process improvements.
• Support annual operational and capital budget planning.
• Assist with physical inventories, quality inspections, and ongoing process audits.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in intermediate software tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Schedule: 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM
• Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse/distribution setting with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
